App Inquirer is run by Bravely Studios LLC. We respect the work of the people who make apps. If you believe something on App Inquirer infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated agent.

Our Designated Agent

Copyright Agent, Bravely Studios LLC
1445 N Ridgehurst Ct, Wichita, KS 67230-7260, United States
legal@bravely.dev · (316) 333-5345 (text or email; calls aren't answered)

What a Notice Must Include

  • Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
  • The copyrighted work you believe is infringed (or, for several works, a representative list).
  • The material on App Inquirer you believe infringes, with enough detail to find it, such as its link.
  • Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to the material when a notice is complete, and tell the person who provided it.

If We Removed Something of Yours by Mistake

You can send a counter-notice to the same agent. It must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • The material that was removed and where it appeared before.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where Bravely Studios LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice or their agent.

We send a copy to the person who sent the notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we received your counter-notice.

Repeat Infringers

We remove the listings and access of makers who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.
